  • Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. Production takes approximately 1–3 business days for unframed prints and 5–10 business days for framed pieces, followed by approximately 1–2 weeks for worldwide delivery.

  • Yes. I ship worldwide and offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

  • Yes. Each print is made to order so it can be carefully produced and reviewed before shipping. 

  • Because each print is made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not available unless the artwork arrives damaged. 

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours at Sarah@SarahTwitchellPhotography.com and be sure to include photographs of the package and the damaged piece so I can review the issue and assist you.

  • Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

  • Each artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Unframed prints ship flat or rolled depending on size; framed pieces arrive in sturdy padded boxes. Every piece is prepared with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Yes. Each print is part of a limited edition and is signed and numbered by Sarah Twitchell. Each print also includes a Certificate of Authenticity verifying the artwork’s title, edition number, and authenticity for your records.

  • My photographs are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a premium archival fine-art paper. This 100% cotton, acid-free paper has a beautiful matte finish and subtle texture that produces rich blacks and exceptional detail. Combined with archival pigment-ink printing, each print is made for long-lasting image quality while preserving the depth and character of the original photograph.

  • To preserve the quality of your photograph, avoid touching the printed surface and keep the artwork away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. 

  • If you are interested in a custom size, please contact me at Sarah@SarahTwitchellPhotography.com before placing your order and I will let you know what options are available.

  • If you would like the artwork ready to hang, a framed option is a convenient choice. If you prefer to choose your own frame style, color, or presentation, I recommend ordering the print unframed.

  • Framed prints are currently available only with a black frame. If you prefer a different frame style or color, I recommend purchasing the print unframed so you can frame it to suit your space.

  • No. Purchasing a print does not include copyright, licensing, or reproduction rights. All images remain the intellectual property of the artist, Sarah Twitchell.
